1) Confirm availability of items and all orders via Email BEFORE sending/transmitting payment.

2) Please include your name & address in the email so that proper shipping costs can be quoted and to ensure a readable shipping address for us.

3) Shipping costs will be determined at time of order. All orders are shipped via First Class or Priority mail. Within the U.S. Proper items such as books can be mailed via Media Mail. Unfortunately with the new postal structure international mailing costs have risen greatly but I will do my best to find the least expensive yet secure method for shipping. Some international shipments may have to be sent registered mail (see www.usps.com to find out what is restricted and what needs to be sent registered, etc).

4) High value domestic shipments should be insured but insurance is severely recommended for all shipments. Overseas can be sent registered for extra for first class mail.

5) Methods of payment accepted:

• PayPal with confirmed address is the preferred method of payment (PayPal account is dreaming@lostworldproductions.com ) 
• Money order made out in US dollars from a U.S. facility such as a U.S. bank/money service or United State Postal Service (USPS preferred)
• Cash - ONLY if item(s) being picked up locally - items can be picked up locally on a case by case basis, very unlikely as it would have to be at my workplace during work hours.
• No Checks of any kind - too many unrecoverable bounces have been happening 

Mail orders:  make sure to include a note with your payment stating what you are ordering, quantities, your name & address.  If you include your email address, we will notify you when we receive the payment & when we ship the order.

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of receipt of payment.
